No Yeast 1 Hour Sandwich Bread - No Knead, No Rise, Yeast Free Quick Bread!

Need bread fast? This yeast free soft, fluffy sandwich is ready in just 1 hour — no yeast, no rise time, and no kneading required! Perfect for beginners and busy bakers, just mix and bake! This quick bread is great for sandwiches, toast, or anytime you need homemade bread in a hurry. 

No Yeast 1 Hour Sandwich Bread

Ingredients:

3 c all-purpose flour (360 g)

2 tsp baking powder (8 g)

½ tsp baking soda (3 g)

1 tsp salt (6 g)

2 Tbs sugar (25 g)

1 ½ c cold milk (360 g)

¼ c Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (60 g)

1 Tbs apple cider vinegar (15 g)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar into a large mixing bowl and whisk together these dry ingredients. Add milk, yogurt or mayo, and vinegar. Mix until combined, but do not over mix. Pour into a well-oiled or lined 8.5x4.5” loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until desired color is achieved. Enjoy your easy, yeast-free sandwich bread, ready in under an hour!
