Danish Dough Whisk: This 6-inch Danish Dough Whisk is a fun kitchen tool for effortlessly blending thick doughs, sourdough starters, cookie batters, and more. Lame: This bread lame for scoring cuts through your dough like butter! You can make much more intricate scores with a bread lame, and this is the one I use. This scoring tool is 7.5 inches and has a wooden handle with a stainless steel shaft. It includes 5 replaceable blades and a blade cover. Get creative and have fun scoring your dough!

Dough Cutter/Bench Scrape: This nice bench scrape is perfect for cutting/dividing your dough into rolls, boules, loaves, etc. Also great for cleaning up that bit of flour or dough from your work surfaces.
