Easy 5 Ingredient Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 ¼ c all-purpose flour (156 g)

1 ¼ c sugar (250 g)

1 egg (50 g)

4-6 c frozen fruit of your choice (I used 5 cups of mixed berries) (600-900 g)

5 Tbsp melted butter (salted or unsalted) (70 g)

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, and egg and whisk until it resembles a course cornmeal. In a 10” cast iron skillet, pie pan, or 8x8 or 9x9 or similar baking dish, measure in frozen berries, and spread flour mixture evenly on top. Pour melted butter on top. Do not stir! Place in preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until as brown as you’d like. Enjoy this delicious and easy fruit cobbler with a scoop of ice cream for a real treat!
