No need to go spend a bunch of money when you can make them at home and not spend a fortune on dinner when all you really want are these rolls!

COPYCAT TEXAS ROLLS AND CINNAMON BUTTER

Roll Ingredients:
1⁄2 c warm water (120g)
3⁄4 c milk (180 g)
3 Tbs melted butter (42 g)
1⁄4 c honey (85 g)

1 large egg (50 g)
1⁄4 c sugar (50 g)
4 c bread flour (500 g)
1 1⁄2 tsp salt (9 g)
2 1⁄2 tsp yeast (8 g)

Butter Ingredients:
1⁄2 c butter (113 g)
1⁄4 c powdered sugar
(30 g)
2 Tbs honey (42 g)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
(2.5 g)

Instructions:

Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed and choose the dough cycle on your bread machine. This should be about 1.5 hours in length. Once the dough cycle is complete, punch down the dough in the bread machine pan, turn out onto a clean countertop, and pat out
into a rectangle. Using a pizza slicer, bench scraper, or knife, cut into 12 rolls. Do not shape them into round traditionally shaped rolls, these Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rolls are only cut and placed onto the baking sheet to rise. They should have a rustic appearance, not uniform in size or shape. This is just like the ones at the steakhouse! Place on to well oiled baking sheet and let rise for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes. Once
done, brush tops with a pat of butter.
To make the butter, simply cream all ingredients together. Slather on warm rolls and enjoy!! This butter is amazing on sweet potatoes, cornbread, anything and everything!
