World’s Easiest Pumpkin Bread (Only 3 Ingredients!)
Ingredients
1 box (13.25 oz) spice cake mix
1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
Optional: ½ -1 cup of chocolate chips, raisins, cranberries, walnuts, or pecans!
Spice cake mix substitute: 1 box yellow cake mix + 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp allspice or cloves)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and eggs. Mix just until combined; do not overmix.
3. Spread the batter evenly into a greased or parchment-lined 9 × 5-inch or 8½ × 4½-inch loaf pan.
4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
