Craving warm, fluffy, flakey, homemade biscuits without the fuss? These 2-ingredient freezer biscuits are so easy and will save you time and money! Just mix, freeze, and bake straight from frozen—no thawing needed. Perfect for small households, couples, or meal prepping on a budget. Great for small batch baking , freezer-friendly meal prep, busy mornings or lazy weekend brunches, and quick side for soups, stews, and more. Make ahead and store in the freezer for uu to 3 months!
Two Ingredient Freezer Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 c self-rising flour (240 grams)
1 1⁄2 c heavy whipping cream (360 grams)
**Substitute for self-rising flour:
2 c all-purpose flour (240 g) + 1 Tbs baking powder (12 g) + 1⁄2 tsp salt
(3 g)
Instructions:
Measure self-rising flour into a large bowl. Pour cream over flour and mix until just combined. Turn out onto a well-floured surface. Work briefly by flipping over and over in flour until it comes together into a ball. Pat or roll out 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Cut into biscuits, and place onto a lined cookie sheet to freeze. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours, and transfer to a freezer bag for storage. Return to freezer until ready to bake. Bake as many as you’d like at 450 degrees for 15 minutes on a cast iron skillet or other baking sheet. Enjoy your easy 2-ingredient freezer biscuits!
