I love the way you go through the steps on YouTube with the sourdough sandwich bread. Do you have a YouTube channel on gluten-free sourdough? I have looked at quite a few, and they are all so different. Can I use the same recipe, but using gluten-free bread flour? Do you sell a book on gluten-free recipes?
Thank you!
