Harry Potter Butterbeer Quick Bread (Butterscotch)
Share
Bring a little Hogwarts magic into your kitchen with this easy Butterbeer quick bread!
Inspired by the iconic drink from the wizarding world, this soft, sweet loaf is made in just one bowl with simple ingredients—no complicated steps needed. I came up with the recipe after a trip to Universal Studios when my family was craving a Butterb eer treat. This one is better than those wildly expensive Butterbeer treats they sell in the park. This buttery bread is packed with rich brown sugar flavor, Butterbeer flavored creamer, and butterscotch chips, giving it that classic Butterbeer taste everyone loves. Perfect for Harry Potter movie nights, or whenever you want a treat just like at Universal Studios.
Harry Potter Butterbeer Quick Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g) or 240 g soft white wheat
- ¾ c brown sugar, packed (150 g)
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ c melted butter (113 g)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
- 1 cup Butterbeer flavored coffee creamer (240 g)
- ½ c butterscotch chips (85 g)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix 30 seconds to 1 minute or until just combined.
3. Pour batter into a standard-sized loaf pan (I used 9x4x4 pullman pan). Be sure not to fill your loaf pan more than 2/3 full if using a smaller pan.
4. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick tests clean.
