Fresh Milled Flour Pizza Dough (Bread Machine Dough Cycle)
Ingredients:
1.5 c warm water
1 Tbsp sugar or honey
2 Tbsp oil
1.5 tsp salt
3 3â4 c fresh milled flour: 490 grams, or 2.5 c of berries
2 1â4 tsp instant yeast (add after autolyzing)
Instructions:
Measure each ingredient into the bread machine pan in the order listed. Do not
add the yeast yet! Choose the dough cycle and let knead for about 5 minutes or
until well mixed. Turn off the bread machine. Let dough autolyze for 15 minutes
to an hour. Add 2 1â4 tsp of instant yeast to the dough, and start a new dough
cycle (usually about 1.5 hours in length). At the end of the dough cycle, your
pizza dough will be ready to use! You can also store it in an air tight container
until youâre ready to use it for up to 2 days, or freeze it for later. Roll out dough,
transfer to parchment paper, and assemble pizza. Preheat oven to 475 degrees
with a pizza stone inside. Bake pizza on hot pizza stone for 10-12 minutes, or
until baked through, depending on thickness of dough. Enjoy your healthy
