Easiest Lemon Pound Cake EVER (Bread Machine Recipe + Citrus Glaze!)

Bread Machine Lemon Pound Cake with Citrus Glaze
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/3 cup milk (80 g)
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick / 113 g)
3 Tbs lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 Tbs fresh lemon zest (6 g), OR 1 tsp dried lemon peel (2 g), OR 1 tsp pure lemon extract (4 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (4 g)
1 cup sugar (200 g)
2 cups all-purpose flour or fresh milled soft white wheat (240 g)3 tsp baking powder (12 g)
Citrus Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar (120 g)
2-3 Tbs lemon juice (30-45 g)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order listed.
2. Select the Cake or Quick Bread setting (depending on your machine-my cake setting takes 2 hours). If your bread machine does not have a cake cycle, use the Bake Onlyfunction for about 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
*You can also bake this in your oven at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes!
3. Once baked, let the cake rest in the bread machine for 10 minutes before removing the pan, and turn out from the loaf pan.
4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool before slicing. Drizzle warm or cool loaf with citrus glaze. Enjoy!
