Bread Machine Dough Cycle Artisan Everything Bagel Bread Recipe - Rustic Crusty Dutch Oven Loaf

This Artisian Everything Bagel Dutch Oven Bread is so easy to make using your bread machine dough cycle! This rustic, crusty, homemade loaf is full of flavor thanks to Everything Bagel seasoning blend. Just follow the easy step-by-step instructions in this baking tutorial, and you will be able to make this beautiful loaf of bread! Even beginners can make this bread!

Ingredients:
1 3⁄4 c warm water
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 c bread or all-purpose flour
2 tsp yeast
After dough cycle: 1 egg, 1 tsp water, 2-3 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions:
Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed and choose the dough cycle on your bread machine. It will be about 1.5 hours in length. After a few minutes, check your ball of dough. If it’s sticking to the sides or bottom, add about 1/8 c more flour until it does not stick. If it’s too dry/crumbly, add about 1 Tbsp of water until it turns into a smooth ball of dough.
After dough cycle is complete, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Shape into a
boule, place onto parchment paper, and place into a bowl slightly smaller than your Dutch oven to rise. Let rise for 30 minutes. During this time, preheat your oven to 450 degrees and place your Dutch oven inside the oven to heat.
After the 30 minutes of rise time, make an egg wash (1 egg + 1 tsp water, whisked), and paint the egg wash with a basting brush onto the dough very gently. Do not press or your risen dough could collapse. Sprinkle liberally with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Place dough + parchment paper into hot Dutch oven and place lid on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove lid and continue baking an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and Dutch oven to cool.
