90-Second Microwave Bread (Keto, Low Carb, Gluten Free!)

Ingredients

·       1 Tbsp melted butter (14 g)

·       3 Tbsp almond flour (21 g)

·       1/2 tsp baking powder (2 g)

·       1/4 tsp salt (1 g)

·       1 large egg (50 g)

Instructions

1.   In a microwave-safe ramekin, small bowl, or mug melt the butter (about 15–20 seconds, covered).

2.   Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Stir well until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are combined.

3.   Microwave on high for 90 seconds.

4.   Let the bread cool for 1 minute. Bowl will be hot!

5.   Remove from the bowl and slice horizontally to make 2 pieces of bread. Enjoy as is or toast!
