3-Ingredient Butter Muffin Biscuits (No Yeast, No Eggs!)
Share
These 3-ingredient butter muffin biscuits are one of the easiest things you can bake—no yeast, no eggs, and no complicated steps. Made with self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and butter, they come out golden on the outside and soft, fluffy, and tender on the inside. They’re the perfect cross between a biscuit and a muffin, with a rich buttery flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. If you need something quick, simple, and homemade, this is a recipe you’ll come back to again and again.
