2-Ingredient Pineapple Cloud Cake
Ingredients
1 (16 oz / 454 g) box “Just Add Water” angel food cake mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire box of angel food cake mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple, juices and all. Stir just until combined and no dry cake mix remains on the bottom of the bowl.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center springs back when gently touched.
Let cool before serving.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, or a simple glaze. Enjoy!
