2-Ingredient Lemon Cloud Cake

1 (16 oz / 454 g) box “Just Add Water” angel food cake mix
1 (22 oz / 624 g) can lemon pie filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire box of angel food cake mix with the entire can of lemon pie filling. Stir until fully combined and no dry cake mix remains on the bottom of the bowl.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 28–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center springs back when gently touched.

The cake will rise while baking and settle slightly as it cools. Let cool before serving.

Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or topped with whipped cream and fresh berries. Enjoy!
