2-Ingredient Blueberry Cloud Cake
You won't believe this blueberry cloud cake is made with only 2 ingredients! 💙 This light, refreshing, delicious cake is made without eggs, oil, or butter and can be ready in about 30 minutes.
2-Ingredient Blueberry Cloud Cake
1 (16 oz / 454 g) box “Just Add Water” angel food cake mix
1 (21 oz / 624 g) can blueberry pie filling
Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar + 1-2 Tbs lemon juice
Mix to your desired consistency and taste. Too lemony? Add a splash of milk. Drizzle over mostly cooled cake.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire box of angel food cake mix with the entire can of blueberry pie filling. Stir until fully combined and no dry cake mix remains on the bottom of the bowl.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 28–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center springs back when gently touched.
The cake will rise while baking and settle slightly as it cools. Let cool before serving.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, a simple glaze, or topped with whipped cream and fresh berries. Enjoy!
