🍑 The Easiest Peach Bundt Cake You’ll Ever Make!

Made with a box of cake mix, canned peaches, eggs, and oil, it’s soft, moist, and full of juicy peach flavor. And the best part? A simple glaze drizzled on top makes it look bakery-worthy. Ingredients
For the Cake:
·      1 box yellow, white, or spice cake mix (13–15.25 oz) (370–430 g)
·      1 can sliced peaches in juice or syrup (15 oz) (425 g total, peaches + juice)
·      3 large eggs (150 g total)
·      ½ cup coconut oil, melted (120 g)
For the Glaze:
·      1 cup powdered sugar (120 g)
·      1–2 tbsp peach milk, milk, or cream (15–30 g, depending on desired thickness)
·      2 tbsp melted butter (28 g)
·      1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
Instructions
1.  Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2.  In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and entire can of peaches (with juice or syrup). I like to cut up peaches roughly.
3.  Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix until smooth.
4.  Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5.  Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack or place.
6.  In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth.
7.  Once cake is cooled, drizzle glaze over the top.
