These are my favorite hot mitts! You've probably seen me wearing my dingy old gloves just like these in my videos, my brother gave me those 15 years ago, and I'm so glad he did! I like these because they're flexible and not bulky, they have a silicone non-slip grip for a sure-hold, and they're machine washable. They're also heat resistent up to 540 degrees and protect my hands well when pulling hot cast iron out of the oven!
