Robyn on the Farm’s Ultimate Sandwich Bread Recipe (1 loaf)
- 1 1/4 c warm milk
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp active dry or instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c bread flour
- Mix in mixer for 6-8 mins. Cover bowl with tea towel and let rise 1 hour. Punch down and shape into a loaf. Place in loaf pan and let rise again for 30-45 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before slicing if you can wait! This is the best sandwich bread!!
