Robyn on the Farm's Honey White Sandwich Bread Recipe Makes 2 loaves 1 3/4 cups hot water 1/3 cup honey 1 Tbs active dry yeast 1/4 cup melted butter 1 egg, beaten 6 cups flour (or just enough that the dough is not sticking to sides of bowl) 2 1/2 tsp salt Mix/knead in Bosch type mixer for 6-8 minutes. Let rise until doubled, about an hour. Punch down, divide and shape into 2 loaves. Place in bread loaf pans and let rise again until dough peeks over loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes the best sandwiches!
