Ingredients: 1 1/4 c warm water, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp yeast, 2 tsp salt, and 3-4 c all purpose flour (just enough until a ball of dough forms, exact amount varies due to location, humidity, temperature, etc). Directions in video. Enjoy!

I just love your sight. You are so gracious to share your recipes. They are easy to follow and I have tried many of them with great success.. I have shared your web site with others who at one time enjoyed baking bread. However, the kneading process was difficult .The mention of using the dough cycle was a reminder to put it to use!
