4 c flour (480g)

2 tsp yeast (6g)
1 1/3 c shredded cheese
(150g)
1.5 lb Loaf: (This is the size I made in the video)
1 1/3 c water (320g)
1⁄4 c dry milk powder (16g)
1.5 tsp salt (9g)
2 Tbs sugar (25g)
3 c flour (360g)
1/3 c instant potatoes (25g)
1.5 tsp yeast (4.5g)
1 c shredded cheese (113g)
1 lb Loaf:
7/8 c water (215g)
2 Tbs dry milk (11g)
1 tsp salt (6g)
1 Tbs sugar (17g)
2 c flour (240g)
1⁄4 instant potatoes (17g)
1 tsp yeast (3g)
2/3 c shredded cheese (75g)
Instructions:
Bread Machine: Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed and choose basic white cycle (about 3 hours). Check your ball of dough a few minutes in to check to be sure all ingredients are incorporated and your dough looks smooth, not too sticky, wet, or dry (see video). Add cheese at mix in signal beep or 10-15 minutes after your bread machine starts.
Dough Cycle: Place into bread machine bread pan in order listed. Set to dough cycle. Check your ball of dough a few minutes in to check to be sure all ingredients are incorporated and your dough looks smooth, not too sticky, wet, or dry (see video). Add cheese at mix-in signal beep or 10-15 minutes after your bread machine starts. When the dough cycle has completed in 1.5 hours, turn onto dough mat and shape into a loaf. Place into oiled loaf pan. I use an 8.5x4.5 loaf pan for 1.5 lb loaves, and a 10x5 for 2 lb loaves. Let dough rise in the pan for about 20-40 minutes, or until it peaks over the side of the loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes for a 1.5 lb loaf or 35-40 minutes for a 2 lb loaf. ENJOY!!
