Robyn on the Farm's Bread Machine Honey White Bread Recipe (2 lb loaf—recipe for 1 lb and 1.5 lb below) 3/4 c hot water 1/2 c milk 2 Tbsp melted butter or oil 1/3 c honey 4 c flour (bread or all purpose) 1.5 tsp salt 2 tsp active dry yeast Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Set to basic white loaf (3 hour cycle). I chose light crust, but choose how you like yours. I prefer the texture of the crust when I remove the bread right away when the timer goes off. Butter the top of the bread and cover with tea towel while cooling on a wire rack for softest crust. Let cool before slicing for best consistency and crumb.
