This Easy Bread Machine Banana Bread recipe is perfect for busy bakers and such a fun recipe to make in your bread maker machine!! Just throw the ingredients into your bread machine, and let it do the work of mixing and baking your banana bread, without having to turn on your oven!
Easy Bread Machine Banana Walnut Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 c mashed bananas (about 3-4 bananas)
6 Tbs melted butter
3⁄4 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
1 1⁄2 c all-purpose flour (or 180 grams/1.5 c of fresh milled soft white wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
3⁄4 c walnuts or pecans
Instructions:
In the bread machine loaf pan, add the wet ingredients followed by the dry
ingredients in the order listed. Choose the “cake” or equivalent setting on your
bread machine and press start This cycle should be about 2 hours in length. As
your bread machine is mixing the ingredients, be sure to use a rubber spatula
and help the flour from the sides and edges of the loaf pan so that all of the
ingredients easily incorporate into the batter. Shut the lid and in 2 hours, you’ll
have a moist and delicious loaf of banana bread made in your bread machine!

Making this today for my neighbor who helps me all the time.
This is the banana bread I have been searched far and wide to find! I kept the recipe exactly as printed and weighed my ingredients. For my Kitchenarm Bread Machine I had to extend the bake time on the “cake” cycle from 75 to 85 minutes. I used the 1.5 lb loaf size and medium crust settings. I’d suggest people trying this in their machine for the first time, do a toothpick test near the end of the bake cycle and add time if the inside is still gooey. As soon as I can get more ripe bananas ready to go I will be making this bread again.
I have followed the banana bread recipe twice my bread maker machine,the results were great right on the mark.
So easy to make and delicious too!
