3 Recipes - Bread Machine Dough Cycle - Bread, Rolls, & Buns - All Purpose Flour!

3 Easy Bread Machine Dough Cycle Recipes: Bread, Rolls, and Buns - 1 Recipe 3 Breads Get that bread machine out and put it to work making the dough for any bread you need! This multi-purpose master dough is an all-purpose dough recipe that works well for any bread, and it's so easy to make using all-purpose flour (you can also use bread flour)! Today I'm showing you how to make this 1 recipe for dough using the bread machine dough cycle to make 3 breads: a loaf of soft white yeast bread, fluffy dinner yeast rolls, and hamburger and hotdog buns. With these basic homemade breads, you won't have to run to the store to buy bread anymore!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees) (240g)
  • 3 Tbs melted butter (42g)
  • 2 Tbs sugar (25g)
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (420 g)
  • 1 tsp salt (6g)
  • 2 tsp yeast (6g)

Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients in the pan in the order listed. Choose "dough" or
"dough cycle" on your bread machine and press start. Be sure to check your ball
of dough after about 3-5 minutes. If it isn't coming together into a nice ball of
dough, add 1/8 c more flour until it does. Or, if it looks crumbly and not smooth,
add about 1 Tbsp of water or milk until it looks smooth, like mine. In 1.5 hours,
the dough cycle will end and it will be ready to shape into a loaf, rolls, or buns.
Let rise on the countertop for about 30 minutes (do not need to let the buns
rise). Place into a preheated 350-degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. I usually
bake the buns at 375 degrees for 20 minutes for a more golden color. Remove
loaf from bread pan immediately, brush with butter, and cover to let cool.
ENJOY!
