Make fluffy, delicious bread in under an hour with just 2 ingredients—self-rising flour and low-fat vanilla yogurt! This easy no yeast, no knead, no rise bread is perfect for beginners or anyone short on time. This soft, slightly sweet yogurt bread is perfect on its own or with butter, jam, or honey. Great for breakfast, snacks, or a quick side. No yeast, no kneading, no rise time required! Just mix, bake, and enjoy! It's ready in just 45 minutes from start to finish!
2 Ingredient Yogurt Bread
Ingredients:
3 c self-rising flour (375 g)
1 ¾ c low-fat vanilla yogurt (420 g)
**Substitute for self-rising flour:
3 cups all-purpose flour (375 g) + 4.5 tsp baking powder (18 g) + ¾ tsp salt (4.5 g)
Instructions:
Measure self-rising flour into a large bowl. Pour yogurt over flour and mix until just combined. It will be a wet, sticky dough. Scoop into a well-oiled bread pan, fill the edges, and smooth the top of the loaf. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until browned to your liking. Remove from the bread pan immediately, and enjoy! Let cool on a wire rack for best results.
