2-Ingredient Sour Cream Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 c self-rising flour (180g(
1 1⁄2 c sour cream (360g)
**Substitute for self-rising flour:
1 1⁄2 c all-purpose flour (180g) + 2 1⁄2 tsp baking powder (10g) +3/4 tsp salt (4.5g)
Instructions:
Measure self-rising flour into a large bowl. Pour cream over flour and mix until just combined. Turn out onto a well-floured counter. Work briefly until it comes together into a ball. Roll out about 1 inch thick. Cut into biscuits, and place touching onto a cast iron griddle or any baking sheet. I heat mine in oven while it is preheating. Bake in 450-degree oven for 12-14 minutes, or until desired golden color. Enjoy your easy 2 ingredient sour cream biscuits! Great with butter, honey, or preserves!
