INSTANT POT CREAMY MAC ‘N CHEESE

Ingredients:
8 oz macaroni noodles
2 c water
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
6 oz evaporated milk
1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
In the bowl of an instant pot, add macaroni noodles, water, butter, mustard, and salt. Put on the lid, close sealing valve, and set to manual pressure, 4 minutes. Let the instant pot come to pressure, and cook. Once finished, immediately do a quick release of the pressure. Be very careful to not get burned by the steam! Take the lid off, and stir the noodles. Add the evaporated milk and cheese, and mix well until the cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and enjoy the easiest, creamiest mac ‘n cheese ever!!
